Prominer company wants our clients to have comfortable and uninterrupted mining. That is why we provide equipment maintenance services. 

In addition, we give a guarantee for any equipment purchased in our shop. If you face any malfunctions during 14 days after the launch, feel free to contact us. We will promptly make warranty repairs or replacements, if necessary.

What kind of work we do

Our service-center works in two directions: warranty service of equipment purchased from us and ASIC miners repair.

Under the guarantee, we carry out such work as:

  • hash board repair 
  • repair of control boards 
  • repair of power supplies 
  • setting up and connecting ASICs to the pool 
  • cooler replacement 
  • cases replacement 
  • cleaning circuit boards from dirt and dust 
  • cleaning radiators

You can also contact us to repair your miner regardless of where and when you bought it. In particular, we serve ASICs Antminer series 17 and 9 (Antminer S17, T17, S17 +, pro, T17, Antminer S9, S9i, S9k).

How our service works

We know how worrying it is to send your equipment to service. Especially when it brings money. Therefore, we are constantly in touch with clients and provide all the details about the repair. We do everything possible to make your miner ready as quickly as possible. The maximum time for troubleshooting is 14 days.

The entire repair process can be divided into three stages:

  1. We carry out free diagnostics of faulty devices and establish the severity of the breakdown.
  2. We repair and clean your miner with cleaning and replacement of the necessary components.
  3. We check the device in the personal presence of the client or through a video call.

Everything happens almost before your eyes. We worry that our clients have no doubts about the miner's condition and the quality of the services provided. Therefore, we always show the result in the presence of the client. Further, you can always get detailed information on the repair of a particular device. It doesn't matter when you have applied to our service center. All information and photos are stored in our troubleshooting catalog.
